Over the last few days, the Ukrainian embassy in Israel and the Maidan office have succeeded in getting the Israeli government’s woundedpermission to accept 12 critically wounded protestors to be treated in Israel.
As an Israeli Jew, it hurts me to think that there are people out there who want to “boycott” my country. It hurts because I know that my country treats all its citizens; be they Jews or Arabs, Muslims or Christians, heterosexuals, or gays as equals.
Having extra body fat isn’t always an advantage to your health, but Israeli researchers at Bonus BioGroup have found one exceedingly good use for it. In their lab in Haifa,…
You may have heard that the Knesset will be debating the issue of Jewish sovereignty on the Temple Mount this Tuesday. I’ll be going. I don’t really like the term “Jewish Sovereignty” because it’s an Orwellian term. It really means that the agents of the State of Israel will control what goes on at the Temple Mount, instead of what the situation is now, which is that the Jordanian state decides it.
The day that the protesters on Maidan were waiting for has taken place in Ukraine. On Saturday, February 22nd, the Verkhovna Rada decided that the president left his post and scheduled new elections for May 25th. Yanukovych called this a coup. Yulia Tymoshenko was freed and arrived in Kiev.
Here’s a brand new song I recently came out with. In it, I talk about the whole dating scene (not necessarily just Jewish) and how difficult it can be to make sense of things. Enjoy:

Civil Administrations Shows Everyone How Brave They Really are by Destroying “Settler’s” Home, Beating up His Wife
I want to organize a fund to collect money for rebuilding Jewish property that has been either destroyed by the IDF or damaged/stolen/destroyed by Arabs. If anyone has any ideas on how to do this, please contact me. Thank you and may we merit to see new Jewish homes built everywhere in our beloved homeland!
Moshe and Aharon – brothers and leaders – both appear in this week’s Parsha, Parashat Te’zav’e, though in very different ways…Since his appearance on the biblical stage in Parshat Shmot until the ending of the five Chumashim, this week’s Parsha is the only one where Moshe’s name does not appear, though he is referred to constantly as the entire Parsha is addressed to him.
One of those who may have played a role in their speedy recovery is Sunita Staneslow, a well-known harpist not only in Israel, but throughout the world. While we are very fortunate to have such a talented harpist in Israel, she has gone a step beyond entertaining typical audiences.
I met Liron when she posted an great video about Jerusalem on a Facebook page. Contacting her and asking for an interview felt like the only thing to do. Here’s a young lady who devotes so much of her time and energy to the Land of Israel and the Jewish people.
“Some people believe exactly what I believe, but they like to wear ties. They know their ties neatly around their necks, cutting the brain off from the flow of blood, and this solves the problem. The mind to one side, life to the other. I, you know, don’t like ties. I don’t like dividers. Understand me. My beliefs are nurtured not only from external well springs, but also from my veins, and in my veins flows blood” -Israel Eldad
Frank Melloul has done the impossible. He has managed to launch an international 24-hour news station, broadcasting in three languages – Arabic, English, and French – and all within a few weeks of his immigration to Israel! This incredible feat has been achieved at lightening speed, when Israel’s supporters, both inside and outside the country, have been clamoring for years for just such a broadcasting operation.
Here’s a Zionist song I recorded some time ago. In it, I describe my feelings about the rift between the Left and the Right in Israel. Enjoy!
The head of Yisrael Beitenu, FM Avigdor Liberamn harshly criticized “AKUM” for capitulating to the Left and canceling its prize for lifetime achievement to Ariel Zilber, known for his right wing views. The Foreign Minister referred to this as a capitulation before the bolshevism of agencies with far left ideology.
frat, or Efrata, is on the road from Yerushalayim to Hevron. Named for the kever of Rachel Imeinu, as written in the Torah, Efrat is the largest yishuv in Gush Etzion. It sits in the mountains of Judea, surrounded by vineyards, natural springs and the gorgeous land of our Forefathers.
